When you book our 360 Photo Booth, we may collect personal details such as:

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Event details (e.g., event date, location, etc.)

-Event Photos and Videos:

During the event, we will capture photos and videos using the 360 Photo Booth. These images and videos may include your likeness or other individuals at the event.

-Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for a minimum amount of time necessary to provide the services you requested and as required by applicable law. After that, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless we need to retain it for legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations

Payment Terms:


To secure your event date and ensure a seamless experience, Elite 360 Photo Booth offers the following payment options:


Standard Booking Option-

• 25% retainer due at booking to reserve your date

• Remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the event


Single Payment Option (Corporate, Schools & Organizations)

• Clients wishing to submit one business payment may remit the full balance no later than three (3) business days prior to the event date


Payment may be made via business check, ACH transfer, or secure card payment.


Payment must be completed prior to the event date.


Retainer Definition

The retainer secures your event date and is applied toward the total balance. Because Elite 360 Photo Booth reserves your date and may decline other bookings, retainers are non-refundable.


Late Payments

Failure to remit payment by the stated deadline may result in suspension of services, release of the event date, or additional late processing fees. Elite 360 Photo Booth shall not be held liable for service interruptions resulting from non-payment.


Disclaimer for Photo Booth Reservations



Thank you for your interest in our photo booth services! We want to ensure a smooth booking process for all our customers. Please note the following important information:


  1. First Come, First Served: Due to our online booking system, we operate on a first come, first served basis. Availability is subject to change, and dates can fill quickly.
  2. Reservation Confirmation: A date is not officially reserved until we have received your retainer payment. Until that payment is confirmed, your booking is not guaranteed.
  3. Communication: Phone calls, emails, and discussions do not constitute a reservation or booking. To secure your desired date and time, please complete the booking process online and submit your retainer.
